Possession of Child Pornography Arrest

A joint investigation conducted by the Marshall County Sheriff's Office and the Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) resulted in the execution of a search warrant at 2500 Deerman St. in Guntersville on August 12th, 2024. As a direct result of the investigation and search warrant, Corey Jacob Vickery, 28, was arrested and charged with 5 counts of Possession of Child Pornography. Bond amount will be determined by a judge at the initial hearing.

During the execution of the search warrant, evidence was seized and will be utilized to prosecute the defendant to the fullest extent of the law. The defendant has been booked in and currently confined in the Marshall County jail. Additional charges are expected.
